Theme in only one Language

Hi guys, I want to translate all the theme and plugins strings to Portuguese. I know where the po files are and all the translations is done. On youtube I found some explanation about changing the config.php but I can't find the line Define(WPLANG......... My question is: How I make the theme assume pt_PT.po / mo as the language to be read?

Please go to wp-admin->settings->general->site language, and select Portuguese there and save changes. It will change your website language to Portuguese, and if some texts on the website is not changed then please refer this tip for translation purposes: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-loco-translate-plugin/
