Seems Permission Issue. Okay, please Go to wp-content/wplms/plugins Here you will find plugins zip Upload the plugin from wp-admin > Plugins > Add New But make sure before activating these plugins those 5 plugins should be deactivated vibe course module, vibe customtypes, wplms frontend, wplms dashboard and vibe shortcodes
