TinCan (xAPI) – progress always at 0%

Hi, I have a problem with TinCan files: I finish, say, 30% of the course, WPLMS show me 0%. WPLMS does not record course progress at all. BP Activities are on, Time Based track is off. All settings: https://i.imgur.com/5gSp5lD.jpg I tried to upload via FTP too. Only SCORM 12 - works... but partially. What happens: I start the course, scrolls down... everything is ok but WPLMS progressbar (inside the course) is always at 0%. When I click "back to course", progressbar jumps to 50%. When I click "continue", WPLMS start next unit. BUT, when I click on the previous unit, it continues where I left! So, progress is saved but WPLMS progressbar doesn't work. For some reason WPLMS think I finished whole unit no matter where I left. So: 1) WPLMS progress don't work with TinCan at all 2) WPLMS progress don't match progress inside the SCORM unit. Is there fix for this? Where I should look?
