Top Menu not showing in Child Theme 1

I just bought this theme and need to work for a client asap. Menu is not showing in Firefox or IE, works in Chrome. I will not install lighshot, I sent a direct email to <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 15px;">[email protected]</span>
