Hi,
The emails setup in the touchpoints tab are sent BUT as plain text instead of HTML. I can't find the "enable html emails" option in the settings.
Could you let me know what to do please?
Thanks a lot for your feedback
Hi,
you can send HTML by writing code in text section rather than visual section.
Kindly go through the link below.

Try to write styling in style tags.
What do you mean email client ? I'm using gmail...
So you mean the emails have to be fully written in html and the code pasted in the plain text zone? In my example there were some styling tags in the plain text zone and none appeared correctly, you saw it right?
Thanks for your feedback
Hi,
Yes you have to write styling inside style tag as suggested in the link above.
We can't help you in this as this is a part of buddypress.
Yes i am talking about your email client i.e. gmail, sometimes it is also depends on email client.
Right but in the test we made, you noticed there was some styling with style tags but it didn't work anyway.
So I need to go ask buddypress about this issue?
Hi,
Please let us know how are you adding the style tag for the email.

Hi,
As i said this is a part of buddypress, so kindly contact to buddypress for any query on this topic.
we can only suggest you how to do this but if it is not working then contact to the author of buddypress.
Sorry! for the inconvenience.
Hi,
What I don't understand is why you said that I could "send HTML by writing code in text section rather than visual section. Example: http://prntscr.com/ibbugn" if in reality this is useless...
I'll check out with Buddypress then.
Yes we said that you can write html which is sending from the system but we have no idea that you would want to style things up and normal html tags might not work .
Since these emails are not build by us .Actually we migrated our email to buddypress ,so its buddypress that actually sends wplms emails with its styles.
You would need to contact Buddypress if you want somethings to be in bold .
Maybe you can try h4,h5.h6 tags rather than strong . .
