Translation does not apply

Friends, for some reason some translations do not apply even though the .po file is fully translated. i.e.  "Type keywords" in the search box (home modern theme) is translated in the vibe course module .po file but translation is not shown. I have several similar examples Any ideas ? Thanks!

The text "Type Keywords" is in the vibe course module plugin please edit the text and then generate the mo file . Please also rescan the files before translating the texts .

Thanks, How can I rescan the files ? Before you could do it with codestyling localization plugin, but that plugin is no longer working. Has been discontinued from wordpress and the author is not providing support  . I have it installed and produces a lot of errors now. I am using loco translate that worked fine in several projects I have, but I can not get the translation applied with wplms Please help

For some reason the translation of the vibe course module  is not being updated. I've translated other wplms plugins without problems. I don't know what am I doing wrong. I checked the po and mo files at server level and they are updated but wplms does not see them Could the modern theme be the issue ? Thanks

Apologies for delayed response. Can you please share the site url with the screenshots where the translation is missing to check the issue on your setup.
