Trouble Customizing Demo 14 Homepage

No matter what I try, and I've been at it for days, I cannot get my Demo 14 to look anything like https://wplms.io/demos/demo14/. Seems I have no formatting of much at all. Can someone take a peak at my site and let me know what I'm missing? I can send credentials in a private reply,

@eight0n First you need to reset your site completely with wp-reset plugin. Please use this plugin to reset your whole site : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/ and https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-reset-wplms-and-re-install-the-sample-data-using-one-click-setup/ After that follow the one-click installation process video step by step. Because your site is already installed thats why it showing the error.

my home page demo14 is not the demo14 in your theme i installed reset plugin and i faced the same thing, the home page was different how can solve this problem becouse i can't start with my site before I solve this problem please tell me to solve it
