6 . Well this could be due to this code snippet : add_filter('bp_course_fetch_uhser_quiz_retake_count',function ($retake_count,$quiz_id,$user_id){
try to remove this and check again , need ftp credentials to debug this why the retakes are not working there .
7 . Well with pdf certificates once you build a pdf certificate template you can select that in course settings and we have provided Automatic certificate generater in lms -> settings -> functions -> sync areas -> generate certifiactes : this will generate certificates for all students again .
