Typo in assignment activity report

Hello guys, I reported this issue at least twice and you sent me a quick fix months ago. Yet you still haven't fixed this in your code so after each upgrade I have to remember to do this again. Can you make sure that this is fixed? Image attached. Thanks!

The issue has been fixed. However already recorded activity would not be fixed because it is already stored in database.

This activity is only 2 days old. I fixed the code twice after upgrading in the past. Seems the issue is back because it started after upgrading to 1.9.9

just FYI, here is the screenshot from my 1.9.9.2 Vibe course module. If the bugs get reported and not fixed (in spite of you saying that they have been fixed) then what's the point bringing them to your attention. I totally understand that you guys get a lot of queries. Perhaps some kind of more efficient workflow or a tool should be implemented at your end to make it easier for you to keep track of those changes. Otherwise we are wasting our time here and you are wasting your time answering same old queries multiple times.
