Tried different variants of private key as well (with and without the trailing slashes) but the chat refuses to work. It doesn't search for members, chats don't initiate. Extremely poor support. We have been playing email-email past 5 days to sync up on time. Your team asked me to be online at 6pm, I dropped everything and made myself available. I mailed at 5:50pm to confirm the meeting and I was told it won't be possible today with no mention of any other time when we can sync up. Just like that. I followed up for next couple of days, to get a response at a random hour, are you available right now. And this has been going on for past 5 days. Prior to this 5 days, 6 days were spent in just replying to email and getting the admin credentials. I have been a good supporter of wplms all this while but this support experience has left me with such a bad taste that I am going to strongly advise everyone not to use wplms. No respect for the urgency of a customer. This is not a code bug else the chat would not work for any of the users, this is a setting in your firebase account which is causing this issue. The first issue which was detected and fixed was that the private key had backslashes, which then started returning issue from firebase that access was denied. So maybe we need clear out all the firebase rules and then re-build them. -- Does Today 5:00 p.m work for you ? It has been ages that I have been complaining about the chat not working. If your plugin is buggy, why not accept it and move on or just tell me you are not going to provide any support. 2 months back also, it took me numerous emails and messages to get attention, the same is being repeated right now. Why is it so hard?
