Hi please share your valid ftp credentials in order to fix this .The emails should be sent out to the user , there is some php error appearing at the end .

Ok commenting out this line made it work : do_action( 'wp_login', $user_args['user_login'], $user_args ); I guess there is some plugin which is running something here which is causing issue .
