Unable to Generate Chat Structure

First of all, This is very frustrating, I have purchased this plugin for my second site and still, it has bugs. It took me a week to install this plugin last time. I am unable to Generate Chat Structure, it keeps on processing, I have followed the steps shown in your video tutorial. Make the installation process easy and bug-free. I have also messaged on your facebook page, but still no response.

It has given me this code when I refresh https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/l3ppxyyttfi and when I add this code to google firebase rules it does not accept it

Still, the issue is not resolved even after contacting you via Facebook chat.   Very disappointed
