Unable to set up unit attachments

Hi, I've followed the post 'Enabling and Adding Unit Attachments ' but I am still unable to show attachments at the bottom of the page or see the thumbnail in the media attachment popup. Any suggestions what might be happening here? Thanks

This is fixed, an hour after inserting code the thumbnail appeared.
