Unable to sync students

Hi, I activate the plugin and I follow the instructions but the plugin did not add the students in the lists for each course. The plugin create the list and I click to sync but it did not add the students. I need help because I need to send an urgent mail today,  thanks!

Hi, Have you followed this tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcoYAUOAwVo If not then please follow it. If the issue still persists then it can be due to some js error on the page. To check this error can you please share the wp-admin credentials with us to check along with the site url. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.
