    In wp-admin > LMS > Addons > Make sure the plugin license key should be added there and it should be activated

    Yes, we purchased a bunch more of licenses to apply now. So current version is 4.1. Do we have free upgrades or the upgrades are paid when new versions come?

    this is lifetime license for all updates you receive , you dont have to pay anything now for the addon once purchased
