Unable to update theme to 1.9.9

Hi, Im running wordpress 4.3.1 now. I updated all WPLMS plugins to 1.9.9 successfully. Except WPLMS Events which is still on 1.9.8 My current version of WPLMS theme is 1.9.8 and i tried to update to 1.9.9, but it shows the error as attached. Can you advise please. Thanks.
