unable to update wplms plugin 1.5.4.1

Hi, i have WPLMS Plugin 1.5.4 and when i am trying to update to 1.5.4.1 its giving me failed message with download forbidden: https://prnt.sc/10owo9r

Please try again for the update. Make sure that the internet connection is strong and there is not much load on your server.
