Unable to Upload Assignment

When clicking the link to upload an assignment in a unit, the page instantly redirects back to the unit page without the option to upload anything.

Hi... Please check your php version in your website, it should be 5.6 or above but less then 7.1, as 7.1 is not supported by buddypress. Also please try deactivating the third party plugins. Let me know if this helps.
