Unable to view PDF version of certificate

Hi team, There seems to be a problem with the PDF button on the certificate popup. It doesn't work. The print button works though. What could be the issue?

When i checked in your it is working fine at my end on windows 7 on chrome. Please refer : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/colu6Cha7l Please try deactivating third party plugins for this  . Also note that the pdf link works only one time ,if you click on it second time then it does not works .

Hi Alex, Why doesn't it work after the first click?

Since the pdf version is generated on the browser itself, after the first click the data captured by the script is lost.
