Unit image and attachment are public

Hi, I found issue where image uploaded in unit and unit attachment are public and can be accessed by anyone. A new page is automatically generated linked to unit image or attachment. This is not secure, especially when sitemap is public. I put the example of this case below. Need solution to make them secure and can be accessed only by course student on unit, not on page. Thank you.
