@trapaniettech : I am not sure if you're targeting this correctly.
I am assuming that you want a group of users to get free access to the course.
Instead of giving all these users same user/login, why not combine these users in a group and then use the group id for course access.
WP + BuddyPress + WPLMS assumes that user/login is for a user and not for a group, so it is not recommended from a UX standpoint. Because later on if you need any form of statistics there is no way the system can provide you that.

- for me is important to block media lock for this users... because if a users make "mark this unit complete" the other users view the saves for this users....

Add the users into the group or invite the users which you want to add in the group from manage group page .
You can also share a course code in this group using this course code students can take the course .

it is any way to set unit lock vbased on membership ?
No right now this is not possible in wplms as of now .
