Update crashes site completely

Yes, I did look up all forum entries and responses and I did follow all update procedures and advice. However, the update crashes my site completely. Here is what I did:

• Updated the plugins in WP admin
• Login button and quiz functionality did not work
• Followed all instructions as per these links:

• Site crashed

Is there any way that someone on your end can try to update my site. I will pay for it. But the site is live and I cannot allow it to crash or misfunction again. Otherwise, can you direct me to 3rd parties you can update the site for me?

1. Make sure you have updated the theme as well as plugins to the latest version.(check right sidebar of this page for latest versions.) If you are using modern theme, make sure you have updated the child theme as well. Refer this tutorial: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-upgrade-to-wplms-2-0/ 2. Resave permalinks and clear browsers cache. Please share site url as well as admin credentials to check the issue. Also share screenshots if there are some specific issues you want us to check on your site. Make sure to mark the reply as private when sharing credentials.
