Update forbidden, why ?

Hi, Impossible to update : "Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise à jour de WPLMS  Le téléchargement a échoué. Forbidden" How do I solve that please ? Thanks

Seems like envato api was taking too much time to process the request while updating the theme .Please note that wplms checks for the envato username and api key that you have to provide in wplms -> getting started . Please check if you have provided a valid api username and key . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-find-buyer-api-key-in-themeforest/ Please check the update after checking above . Also these error are related to specific hosts . Please also contact your webhost on this . After all you can still manually update the theme : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/
