Well the issue is with wpml plugin can you please disable the plugin and check then goto wp-admin -> settings -> buddypres s-> pages -> set the pages there , members, courses, groups etc .
then also install this plugin buddypress multilingual if you are using wpml plugin .

Well ultimately you will have to manage the your site .We can always help but wont be available to you immediately.
We will check and make work the pages. but please install the plugin I told you above .
Also I tried to login to your main site with staging creds but failed.
PLease share your main site login creds to check the issue with directory pages on your site .
Buddypress multilingual was already active.
Real sugringo is just to you to see what is the real look. I was planning to dump the staging over the life site when ready.
When updating wplms it change the icon at the top menu. For WPLMS it should never change our icon. Not a big deal but still it is important.
Then again i don't know what to do. If you, the developer, don't know how to make your pluging work the way it show in demo i really don't know what to do.
Now i am back at square one.

Ok please check if you have members-directory page in your setup or not ?
If not then create a page named members-directory and edit it in elementor .
Add the "member directory "block in it and update the page .
Now select this page in wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages .
IF still not works then please create your own topic then share your admin creds there in PRIVATE REPLY .
