If you really want us to help then please share ad valid admin credentials to check the issue at your end . Please also make sure tat your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . check js error on edit course page : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors If any then please share a screenshot of it and also try deactivating the third party plugins for this .

The credentials provided by you were working but you have changed the account role to instructor but i demanded admin credentials  . Anyway i was able to access your full site now . I checked your site and found that Ultimate VC addons plugin is conflicting with the js of the wplms theme .I deactivated it and it fixed the course edit problem . But the point is why is Ultimate VC addon is loading its script for the edit page for which it is not activated . (Vc is not activated for the custom post type course but still loading its js on that page  ) . So please contact the VC addon plugin support or author on this .
