Urgent – Assignment uploading errors

all of a sudden I started getting errors on assignment submission - see attached. Unable to submit assignment. please help asap.

JFYI - I do have 2 attachment file types selected in the assignment (JPG and PNG), just uploading JPG, around 500kb only.

Just an update, I discussed this problem with the host and they tried to look into this and recompiled the fileinfo module which didn't help. They also think that there is a problem with assignment plugin. Their response is attached...  Please resolve this issue urgently.

This is an issue please in wplms assignment we have released the update of the plugin ,please update and check if the issue still persists .

where do I get the update? it's not showing when i check for updates. Thank you!
