URGENT: Unable to upload new logo!

Hi Guys, There's this serious problem when I tried uploading a new logo. It just doesn't get attached. I had to put my site on maintenance. Is there any way to urgently put up the new logo via FTP or something till we troubleshoot the issue?

I have fixed this through Header.php. But I am not sure why the image wasn't getting attached from the frontend.
