    Hi Mr Vibe and team, I was using WPLMS 1.9 because I was afraid of the updates so far. Now I did and my course page is broken. A saved the permanlinks, but maybe I'm saving the wrong ones? Please could you help us? Gustavo

    Now I cant access the dashboard and I have the following error: <b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 39171 bytes) in <b>/home/gomindfu/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/classes/vendors/plugins/class-vc-vendor-woocommerce.php</b> on line <b>1103</b> Could you help us ASAP!?

    Regarding the problem of memory my web hosting said: "Hello Gustavo, The issue is caused by the fact that your application is exceeding the memory limit on the server. However, we could not increase that limit for your account as this may compromise the stability of the server and affect other accounts hosted on it. By default these limits are set on our shared servers to ensure the best performance of the server. What we could offer in this case is to try and deactivate the js_composer plugin. Please inform us if that suits you so that we could proceed. Best Regards," We can't delete Visual Composer because all our posts are based on it. Can you help us ASAP!? Good vibes

    Hi Mr Vibe and team, The guys from Siteground asked me to restore the website from one day ago. We did that and now I'm back using the WPLMS V. 1.9.9 As we had loads of problems with the update to the last version, could you make it for us? Could you try to resolve the issues without deleting any plugin or anything else? We avoided to keep updating the theme as usually the users of WPLMS report too many bugs and we can't have problems with our current clients/students. Here is the credentials to update the theme and Vibe plugins: username: Luiz password: I)QCWUk%t^yz#yLaaThjUt4P I asked Siteground to keep the memory at 512mb (their limit). They said that our plan can't cover more than that. I hope the last update will cope with that! Or many of your WPLMS users will need to stop to use the theme as we can't afford for premium hosting.     We are using GoGeek. So it should be working fine for us. Where are your server Rodolfo? We downgraded to WPLMS 1.9.9 and we will wait for Mr. Vibe and team check what we could do. Obrigado! ;)

    You server is consuming 536MB ! which is a lot by any standards. The error message is coming from Visual composer, WC component. What was the last step you did which caused this error. Visual composer might be the main reason for this as the VC captures the WooCommerce output in buffers and outputs it, so if the output buffer is very large or the generation of the function is consuming a lot of memory then VC can consume such huge amount of memory. Any clues on this would be from what was the last step you did which broke your site. I have added you to our live slack channel which is for emergencies like you faced before.     Hi Alex, Thank you for your prompt reply and help. I'm waiting for your reply on the slack channel. The problem where the course page broken happened after I update the regular WPLMS plugins and theme. The issue with the memory happened only after I installed the plugins not present in the version 1.9.9 like BP Social Connect,  buddydrive, eventON, Revolution Slider and WPLMS eventON. How can we solve this big issue? Good vibes!
