    fixed the course page issue just need to check the plugins .I will check them soon .

    Guys, we still waiting to solve the problem with the updating since 16th of March. Here are the remaining issues. Could you please help us finish this case? 1. We need to be able to change the layouts that are not working. Probably there is a conflict with a customisation. Could you fix the conflict? 2.  On the course page Visual Composer is not showing some of the icons on the Message Boxes. You can compare the difference between the message boxes with the original here: http://www.awakeacademy.org/course/lucid-dreaming-and-mindfulness-of-dream-and-sleep/ and the staging copy here: http://www.staging1.awakeacademy.org/course/lucid-dreaming-and-mindfulness-of-dream-and-sleep/ We need the original icons. 3. Mr Vibe created last year a code to to automatically open the first section of the Curriculum. Here is the accordion for the first section load opened with the customisation: http://www.awakeacademy.org/course/lucid-dreaming-and-mindfulness-of-dream-and-sleep/ But with the staging copy it’s not opening. Could you fix that so we could open the first section as soon as you load the page? 4. How can we remove this line in our menu? 5. How can we bring the logo to the original position above? 6. Why The youtube icon is not been displayed in the bottom footer? (you can compare with the staging copy and original links above). Could you fix please? The credentials are in the slack channel.     1. I checked you site with the layouts and it seems to be working fine at your end . I tried all layouts and they were just working fine at your end . Can you please check this again ? 2. Since the visual composer update 4.10 we are facing the issue with the visual composer on our custom post types . It is just not including any of its scripts or css on the course page . So we are forcefully adding some main visual composer scripts but not all of them as there are many scripts and we can't include them one by one . We have raised a topic on visual composer support about this . We will try to fix this with the visual composer support help in the upcoming updates . 3. Updated the tip and code in your staging site . please check . 4. & 5.  Could not find any line now in your site .also the logo issue seems to be fixed by you.   Change it to youtube from wplms -> social information.

    I hope you are well and mindful. 1. No, the layouts are not working. We tried different browsers. While you try to solve the issue with Visual composer can you fix the issue with the icons for now? 3. Thanks. Please, can you implement the option to open the first accordion in the next update to avoid we ask to solve the same issue in future updates? 4. Somehow this specific issue disappeared after you update the code above. 5. The issue with the logo still there. When you retracts it the logo go is justified on the top (out of alignment). Could you fix the issue? You can compare what we are saying comparing with the original website. 6. Thanks. Can you delete the screen shot as we don't want to share our brand publicly? 7 . When Clicking "activity" and "admin" on the menu of the course it loads with a styling issue. Have a look in the attached image. Could you fix that? We hope you can finally solve the remaining issues and we don't need to come back to you again.

    1. Please note that preview does not loads properly while you change the layouts .But when you change layout and save it then check any course page . It will be applied and working fine i already checked this at your staging site . 2. We can only fix this with the help of visual composer .It is 100% issue from the visual composer. We have already contacted visual composer about this issue since the starting of February and they have not given any fix for this . 3. Already implemented in your staging site . Please check . 4. ok 5. the menu is not appearing form the theme . I guess you have made this menu by using uber menu plugin .Please contact uber menu plugin about this . If you face any issue with the wplms menu layouts only then we can help on this . 6. Deleted 7. Fixed this by enabling the option "Revert pretty permalinks" from lms -> settings .

    Thanks Alex. We are about to push the staging copy to live, but we are not sure what we can keep or not from the original. Because during these last 2 weeks we had people buying the course (we must keep the new users and woocommerce database), we changed the thumbnail of the course, and probably there is new information from users using the course. So, we should keep these from the original copy and we don't know what we should select or not. Could you let us know what we should keep in the original copy from the list below?     It would be impractical for me to go into the details of all the files because it simply is not feasible because I am not aware of what all files you have in staging and what you have in live, for example the uploads folder. If your staging site is working correctly then you can push all the changes to the live site. Be sure to re-save the permalinks. The browser cache of all the users should automatically clear as there is a version change. Since there has been no database specific changes, the updates would work fine. As an additional precaution, I would suggest you to backup the wp-content folder, before updating. Please clarify what do you mean by following line :  we changed the thumbnail of the course, and probably there is new information from users using the course Are you going to update the database of the Live site from stanging ? Is the database also pushed from staging to live ? If no then you need not worry about the images. If there is no database change then there should be no issue with the database side .
