Use custom login and register not pop up

The themes I have tried seem to put the login and register buttons automatically in header, with them linking to a pop up instead of a page. i have pre built login pages and want to use links. I don’t want to use the popups Please advise 1) how to remove the default links or make the links go to pages instead of popups   my site is https://biblelessons.online   thank you

Also I cannot find where text is set to “sign up” . I want to use “register” not “sign up” for text on link

@rwallacej Not able to access your site right now: http://prntscr.com/sli8wx You can translate the text using Loco Translate. You will find the string in wplms theme https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tC6z0uN7FK0 Change the login style from wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Header > login Style

Can you try site again please? its working ok here in UK Im not trying to translate text, I want to change it in English, I want sign up in English to be Register anyway which type takes you to a login page instead of pop up, I tried different ones here

@rwallacej Still it is possible with Loco Translate. translate the string in the same language but with a different text

you can hide it via css : header .topmenu{display:none;}
