    Hi We encountered a strange situation where a user was not subscribed to the course after the purchase. We tried removing the student from the course and then manually adding. Now he has access to the course the dashboard of the student still shows not subscribed to any course. Please let us know what other information you need to help us resolve the problem.     Please check these settings : 1. In course settings "Max course duration" and "Number of seats in course" . 2. If student was added by the pmpro membership please check the membership duration is set or not in membership . 3. If student purchased the product connected to course then check the subscription of that product . Some questions : Have user started the course ? Course max duration or course product subscriptions duration was set or not in course when user purchased the product .

    Also note the problem with this forum especially when users copies from any other source. We copied the questions from your post and it has totally messed up the format. This is another reason why we want to get rid of the buddypress forums and want to use notes and discussion (provided the users can upload images and the admin gets notified about the course > unit) Hopefully now since you are using the forum yourself, you will better understand the limitations of buddypress forums.     Please share your site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end . For the forums ,yes we are also facing the same issue but this sis the limitation of the bbpress forums .
