To whom it may concern,
I recently realized a couple issues with user registration:
1. No activation email is sent after user register.
2. Even though user do not receive activation email after registration, for some reason their account is automatically activated and they can log in right after registration without activating their account.
Please help with those issues,

I tried as suggested but it doesn't work. The issue remains unchanged.
Okay I checked your site and found 500 internal server error appears when I try to register on your site .
Can you please share your server php error log (upload it somewhere online and share its link here)to check this issue further ?
ALso share your FTP credentials for debugging .

Okay we checked your error log and this found to be an issue with the php configuration on your webhost :
there is this "always_populate_raw_post_data" variable which should not be turned on .
But on your host I guess it is turned on,Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to turn off this setting or comment out this line :
always_populate_raw_post_data = On
by putting ";" in php ini :
so this should look like this :
;always_populate_raw_post_data = On

I have my hosting provider turned off the aforementioned setting. However, when I try to register a new account, I got the following message:

And new user account was created in database without any activation or activation email.
Well the error indicating that some module of badgeos community addon is using Buddypress messages component .So please check if "Private Messaging" component enabled in your setup from wp-admin- > settinngs -> buddypress ->> components .

Thank you for your assistance so far. I have disabled BadgeOs and all related addons. Registration seems to work now, but the activation email header can't be customized. It still shows "Wordpress" in header even though I changed the header to my site's name in LMS/Settings/Email. I notice the following error at the bottom of the page once the registration process is done and activation email is already sent out:

User can register for an account now, but when they register on http://www.bonbademy.com/register/
it shows an error message at the bottom of the page in activation page
