    I want functionality to let my client create their own users, but not delete once users are created. I want to give administrators right to the client but for users I want to restrict them. How we can do the same in WPLMS? Please revert back as soon as possible.

    Well this is not available by default in wplms as of now .You can try using third party plugin for this .
