{{username}} not showing field

My activation email should show the username, but the field isn't populating. In the attached image, the blue arrow shows where the tag {{activationlink}} is displaying properly. The red arrow shows where {{username}} is not showing the proper information. Any suggestions?

There is no such shortcode as {{username}}  in the activation email so it will not work .. It just only have the {{activationlink}}  in the account activation email message .

I've used the shortcode before in other places, for instance on the Forgot Password. Are you saying that particular shortcode doesn't work for the Confirmation email? I included a screenshot of the location where it works. Thanks! Jamel

No it will not work in the account activation email .It will work only in the forget password email.
