users (students) persmission for the course

Hi everybody,   this is the kind of course that i need to do. I have 4 blocks = four subjects Each block (subject) has different  topics (units) . And each topic (unit) has : a pdf . a class ans a quizz. My students will not buy a full course. They pay monthly. How can i give my students access to differenr units everymonth they pay? Are the sections useful for this?   Thanks in advance ¿How can i give access to ?   thanks for your help
