Using visual composer

Hi. How do I use visual composer to edit the home page? Also, is it possible to add a timeline element? Like steps on achieving a certificate. Step 1 sign up, step 2 follow this course in 4 months, step 3 follow another course in 6 months etc?

Well our home pages are built with using vibe page builder . You can check if visual composer has one or not or try using third party plugins for this .
