vibethemes seriously affecting site speed

hello I have just installed WPLMS and my site has stopped working much of the time due to 502 or 504 errors with timeouts/server not responding. Diagnosis shows that vibethemes is causing delay. See attached. Please advise what to do to fix this, as my website isn't functioning just now

Well this hit only goes one time a day to check the updates .The transient was set for 24 hours . At that time maybe our server was down , you wont experience the same issue now .

Are others not experiencing this? I had to install tool to stop the requests being made to vibethemes as everything was so slow

Hi this was an issue which was resolved in update 3.9.9 .Please update to 3.9.9 all plugins and theme to be able to resolve this issue .

Well wplms and vibe plugins make hits to our servers once in a day until updates are forcibly checked again from wp-admin-> updates page . https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/plugins-and-updates-page-not-loading-504-error-fix/ you can use this above tip to stop these calls .
