    Hello, What is the format requirments for video file? uploaded video from iphone does not work. some uploaded video file have a audio but no video

    @Boha, Can you please tell me which video format you were using and where? The video is working on other devices ??

    videofile1 - NO video Codec: MPEG-4 Video (mp4v) Resolution: 362x640 Frame rate: 30 Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV   videofile2 - video showing Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part10) (avc1) Resolution: 1360x768 Frame rate: 29.239 Decoded format: Planar 4:2:0 YUV   from VLC media information   video using in course units: #[video width="1360" height="768" mp4="http://4.wordpress.test/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/Video_sample.mp4"][/video] both files shows in VLC (windows)

    @Boha, This type should work Check your max upload size from this link: yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status Check the size, it might be possible that your upload size is less than the video. If yes, then increase your upload size If the above solution not work, then share your admin credentials here with site URL in a private reply
