Video: nothing shows up

When I use shortcode and add a video from amazon s3 (both with visual composer and wplms composer) nothing shows up. Look at the image for the result: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzCnnp-szO64QlNsV0ZZczZiQWc https://drive.google.com/open?id=0BzCnnp-szO64d29YQjBtU3JoS1k Bucket settings:
- Us
- Name without hyphens
- Everything set as public (test version)
