Video poster in units are not working

Hello! I assigned a poster for the video this way: [video width="640" height="360" mp4="http://wplms.ave-code.online/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Single-1597832440976256.mp4" parameter="60" poster="http://wplms.ave-code.online/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/img_6146-1.png" preload="auto"][/video] but poster is not showing, why? How can i decide tis problem?
