Video will not Show in page

I am trying to add video to the home page. i get this message:"error loading this resource" I tried to add video using the "Add Media" button: How can I get  this done? Thanks,

Please try uploading the video again in the media library and then try adding the video into the page . Please also try resaving the permalinks .

I re-saved permalinks and I've tried to re-upload the video. It still shows the same error. Thanks

Few questions  : Is the video is uploaded in the media library ? What is the format and size of the video ? Also please share the admin credentials and site url to check this . PS :  mark the reply as private before sharing the info .

Site url ? Site url is missing, please share a link to your website to check this issue. Quick check : WPLMS does not alter anything for the videos, most likely the video is not publically accessible. Try copying the video url : xxx.com/abc/video.mp4 and open it directly in the browser. Like this : http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/big_buck_bunny.mp4

Have you had issues with security? I don't think that is the link that was intended to be sent.   Thank you

There may be possibilty that this issue is appearing due to some kind of security on your server side becasue this is the default wordpress media player . Also try deactivating the third party plugins and also check video is accessible or not  . For us to check share site url  .
