    a. Use cloudfront for serving Amazon S3 request : https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/cloudfront-https-requests-s3/ , you will need to re-configure the Amazon S3 end point in WPLMS S3 settings. for above solution what and where I have to make changes?

    Well this is server side setting that you need to configure . If your hosting is AWS then you can refer to this link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Jw6tHUp6js&t=505s
