Visual Composer is not working

Hello guys, how are you? The visual composer is not working when I access from user I mean the columns. When I open from the "free" it´s working normally. What could be? Best regards.

Any solution to this problem? having the same isue... visual composer insn't working as expected, there are no columns on the front. images are all beneath each other.

CAn you please share your site url and admin credentials to check this out ? ALso please share steps to replicate this issue . Is this issue is appearing on units or posts and pages or both  . Ps: mark reply as private while sharing the info .

We checked your site and fould that your theme and some of the plugin are not updated to latest version . Please update your wplms theme and all its plugins to latest .

After update please check the unit in course and if the same issue appears then please try disabling the ajax in courses from LMs -> settings . refer : http://prntscr.com/98zcn1 For this you also need to enable the unit locking -> force previous unit complete from wplms -> course manager .

Th visual composer updates with the theme when we add the latest version of visual composer in the theme while uploading the update . You can update it by referring : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-update-visual-composer/
