We still cant extend processing time on Woocommerce

Hi All   We had a recent post about trying to extend the processing time limit for credit card payments to enroll in a course. We also mentioned we couldnt work out how to extend our license for support on this forum. Our post got accidently 'completed' when we mentioned that we found out how to extend our 'support license' by 6 months, however the post should not have been cancelled because we still havent solved the issue of extending processing time for credit card on Woocommerce. The problem we have is that a very high percentage of students paying via credit card get a 'timed out' message, and this number is a bit too high. So we would like to double the standard processing time to give them time to find their credit card, walk back to the desk, switch the light on so they can see, and finally key in their data. Can this be done? Any help greatly appreciated.   Brent H. AOC

@brenthavill This is not something which is handled by us. We only integrated the wplms with woocommerce so user can sell the wplms courses using woocommerce. Please Contact woocommerce support forum for this
