Website not serving scaled images

My website is not serving the scaled images generated(refer screenshot from filezilla) http://prntscr.com/mfju6t In whatever form i open the website i.e mobile,desktop or tablet; the main uploaded media file i.e CREO-logo.jpg only opens not the scaled versions for ex.-CREO-logo-150X150.jpg due to which website slowing down.
