Weird output when consulting test results

I took a test quiz inside a course, when finished i want to consult the marks inside the screen i see all buddypress notifications display like in mail area (see screen) definitely is something wrong here

This issue occurs if the quiz id and the post id is same. It happens while importing the data, please clarify if you have imported the quiz or posts in your website. Also try creating a new test quiz and then check the issue. If the issue persists in the new quiz also then please share the site url and the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your test setup.
