White space showing in mobiles, tablets

Hello, i have a problem with responsivity on my mobile and tablet. There is a white space on right side of a website from top all the way down. I saw this issue in a lot of websites using this theme. Please check attached image. Thanks.

Please try adding the given css from wp-admin -> appearance-> customize -> custom css  : html {       overflow-x: hidden; }
