WooCommerce 2.5.2 update just blew up my site

Are there known issues with Woocommerce and WPLMS? I just upgraded and it totally blew up my site; the layersliders stopped working, some pages were inaccessible, media library unusable, etc. etc.   Site is communitelligence.com I had to do a restore but now am afraid to do the Woo update. What do you suggest?

I am not sure what could have gone wrong. Make sure when you update wooCommerce you also update the WooCommerce data from the WooCommerce alter message to update data. Our live demo is working on WooCommerce 2.5.2 with all the latest versions of WPLMS & Plugins

Do you think that might have caused the problem?

There is no confirmed reason behind this .We already checked this on our demo and test sites.

OK, I hit update on woo again and it went through fine. Don't know what caused the trouble the other day. Thanks for help.
