Well im still not able to replicate the issue here at my end . Can you please share a video of the issue .Please also check on any other device if the issue is appearing or not ?

A htcritical error again, you already have ftp details for the site.
I never could complete the upgrade setup wizard.
I still can't upgrade from v3.9.9 is it possible to do it smoothlyor is not possible? I can't start everything from scratch, I invested too much time on this before! Your migration wizard is not working as needed. IS it possible for you to have a clone from my website and do that for me please so you can fix all isues where they show up and then I can just replace the clone? I am paying for the support and I extended it as well, but this is not working soomthly at all, I have waitied lot and I want the new features for this theme and WPLMS. PLease HELP and give me a dfintely solution about this. I need to have everything upgraded properly!

Yes we do recommend to test the update on your site by cloning the site if the site is live as v4 is major update.

On that we can try to update while the live site is working on v3 .
