We made a test purchase for a course, the transaction was approved and deducted from the account, but the student is still unable to access the course and we can't see the history of the purchase. Is there something we are missing to setup payments?
Also at the end of the purchase, we were sent to a page with the transaction info saying that it's pending and a menu at the bottom that we don't know where to remove it. We created a
video just of the menu issue, however,
the issue of not being able to access a course after purchasing it is the most important one to resolve right now
